For some time now PlusNet are blocking P2P, newsgroups, FTP etc. Despite multiple calls logged by its users, and multiple posts on it's own forum nothing has be produced or identified by PlusNet to do anything about it.
Desent is getting high amongst PlusNet customers and this is on top of supposed top service awards.
Contact with customer services is proving difficult at best, with yet more complaints posted on the PlusNet forum
My own attempts to bring more attention to the issue has been interferred with by Forum moderators at PlusNet with a threat to block me for good if I do not stop raising the profile of the issue.:shrug:
Why are they continally allowed to modify terms and conditions\contracts etc and can kick off people whenever they like, but customers are forced to either pay up large amounts to get out of the contract, even if the service is not being provided.
