Not precisely stellar, is it? I think I'd be embarrassed if my businesses CS was given such a poor approval rating. Although this:

76% thought the process was above average
Suggests other ISPs are actually worse.

The numbers aren't that meaningful anyway - if it included info about number of calls made to CS, ave no. of calls per customer them we'd have a better idea of the performance of the ISP rather than just CS

Mind you, 59% ain't stellar, but at least they publish figures
