I tried to sign up to PlusNet SIM mobile only last week and it failed, twice. Tried again on Saturday and it went through, 2nd attempt, but I’ve just found out it didn’t happen, but they didn't bother to tell me. Tried twice today and it failed. Web chatted and they say there is database problem with no time fix. I can’t ring as my hearing is not good enough. Their only help is ‘try a different browser’…I've tried 4. I find it amazing that a firm of this size cannot fix the problem.
