Poor Reception

Has anyone suffered with very poor reception during this searing hot weather using EE (or any Sim) in their Mobile Router
In our rural village, the EE mast is about 3/4 mile way, its line of sight but the mobile router has been vitually useless for a week. Some days no service, but it seems OK in the evening and early morning
I have no other choice than EE for a workable signal
When I look at the signal strengh ( Huwaei app) on my Huwaei B525, it wanders up and down from good to Zero.....................
Would normally be on 5 stars
Lots of people in the village complaining of poor or no service with Plusnet, EE and BT Mobile
Is this a local problem or more general ?

It well possible the mast/radio gets overheated.. Certainly have heard stories before.

Eqpt overheating at the mast sub-station did cross my mind
Definately weather/temperature related, as soon as the weather cooled service restored to EE/BT/PN mobile broadband and phone service
Unfortunately in a remote village (CO8) we ony have EE as the provider with a local mast and a decent signal.

this always happens to my EE/3 mast in summer, but it's only ever EEs equipment that seems to overheat. Not sure whether they use something that runs hotter or what but it certainly annoys all the EE customers here

Put a hose on it when it gets hot 😅

Since the last week my uploads from EE (in an MR600) went from a stable constant 29-30 mbps all the way down to less than 1 mb, EE said its nothing to do with them and tried to blame my equipment. Starting to bug me

I`m taking part in a SamKnows 5G mobile broadband survey and according to the tests their router is doing before the weather got warm again I was getting a consistent speed of over 500Mbps. Since the the really warm weather the speeds its logging are between 160Mbps and 200Mbps.
This is on EE.
