dose anyone know if Vispa have started to Block certain ports...i cant seem to connect to some applications using port 411, and a few various other ports

I think I read, a while ago, that Vispa required users to sign a document admitting liability for the possible illegal use of P2P software before they would unblock ports - though I don't know what their present stance is. :)
