Does anyone know how to get Openreach to fix a problem with a community fibre build?
One of my neighbours kindly organised a community fibre build - that is around 20 of us paid Openreach £19,000 to get FTTP.
However, it appears that, despite Openreach having taken the money, and having confirmed that the service is ready, they cannot get a signal to my house.
I placed my order with my ISP on the 2nd of June, and on the second OR visit to my house, they installed the ONT.
This is now sitting on the wall, with a red light showing no signal.
Despite several attempts by my ISP and the co-ordinator of the community build, there is no evidence that OR has even acknowledged the problem.
Many thanks if anyone knows how to reach OR.
