Hi All
We use Citrix as our remote access solution. I use Orange Business Broadband at home and it works fine for me.
A number of our users use Orange Home Broadband. They are on the same exchange and live only a few hundred meters down the road from me. They are unable to use Citrix.
They can logon to the secure portal, however as soon as the Citrix session tries to initialise it either fails or is very slow.
It uses port 443 and normally works fine, even on a 56K modem.
Does anyone know if Orange uses any packet shaping technologies for their home users?
Thanks
Tom
