PSP or Nintendo DS?

We don't all have a lot of cash to throw around on new kit, so I'm just wondering, when Sony and Nintendo bring out their new handhelds, which will you get?

The NDS won't be as powerful as the PSP, but it does have some unique features (not sure if I like the idea of monitoring two screens at once yet) and will no doubt come with a good set (even if rehashed) of games and strong battery life.

The PSP is more like a mobile PS1, but with a bigger LCD screen and more GPU power than the N64 - but not quite up to PS2 level. It looks like a typical handheld, yet I fear that battery life could be a big problem for it - something that's very important to handheld gamers.

This site has some details on both – if you look around: http://pocket.ign.com .

Hi mate,

Gotta say The PSP's gotta be the one to have. While the GB's are a lotta fun, at the end of the day I think you need the larger screen/better graphics for better game immersion. The NDS dual touch sensitive screen just seems a bit gimmicy/pointless to me!
