This section has been designed to offer everybody a basic way of communicating/posting your ISP related questions and problems without having to register on ISPreview itself. Members of the community and other unregistered users will then be able to respond and hopefully help.
Typically advanced features, such as the ability to post polls, make reader ISP reviews, edit your posts and additional format options do not work for unregistered users. Likewise you can not post in any other section of the forum, only here; please REGISTER to gain full access to this website:

Unregistered posts are also given far less leeway than registered users, thus this section will be heavily monitored to prevent abuse. Please ONLY make posts referencing questions or concerns you have about ISP’s (setup problems, hardware issues, ISP choice etc.).
We will not tolerate this section being used as a tool for posting abuse or offensive remarks of any kind, be they towards ISP’s, ISPreview or individuals. Such posts will either be edited out or removed.
Unregistered posters must also fill in an image verification code after writing their message and we suggest such users keep a copy of what they've written in case you get it wrong first time around (some browsers won't cache the post if you get the image code wrong). Please also make sure to read our member rules because they apply to unregistered postings too:

NOTE: From time to time we may enable MODERATED POSTS / TOPICS mode, meaning that new posts and topics must first be approved before being shown in public. In this situation please allow several hours before your post appears as we are not a full-time operation.
