over £20,000 of calls made on a stolen phone and O2 will not budge.
There's a £45 limit on data only, not sure for calls, seems like the main expense in this case were indeed the calls.Umm do not setup plan cause unless you actually said want unlimited liability, they can't give bills like that stolen or not. Aka it would of cut off once bill reach £65. Call customer relations and if they won't cancel bill, ask deadlock letter and go to regulator / media.
