I recently had a horrible time with UKOnline and I closed my account with them even before my first billing date.
However, they are taking their sweet time releasing my line and I can not sign up to BT broadband (or any other, for that matter) until they release it.
Does anyone know what the regulations are concerning the release of shared lines? In particular, are there time limits or complaints procedures if they take too long?
