Ring live view on 3 5G not working??

Hi guys, new to this forum but seen some useful info so far about 3 5G router and APN settings (Switching to IPV4 only allowed all my Amazon products to work)

Now the only issue I have is that no matter what I try I can’t get my ring doorbell to display the live view, I’ve had a replacement sent to me from ring but even that didn’t work, just tried it at my parents house on Virgin Media and works fine. Anyone have any ideas or have a ring working on 3 5G? If so please share your router settings with me

TIA

Which router do you use?

I had to enable port settings in Virtual Server. To get my VOIP working.Might be worth doing a quick websearch to find out whether this is your problem.
advanced/security/virtual Server. (in your Huawei settings).

Cool I’ll check that out too, thanks for the suggestion

Ports

Ring devices use your internet connection to transmit audiovisual data, Alarm notifications (when not on cellular backup), and provide connectivity to your mobile devices and deliver software updates. Ring devices connect over the following ports:

  • HTTP (port 80) (Note: Not applicable to Ring Alarm Base Station)
  • HTTPS (port 443)
  • DNS (port 53)
  • NTP (port 123)
  • TCP (port 8557)
These are well-known ports and it is unlikely that your device will have trouble accessing them
