A router went faulty and it has taken over a month to get them to refund it. Thats the short story. Crazy, but after reading this you wil understand why.
On 15th thursday they sent an email saying they were authorising my return and would send a courier to pick it up. They said the courier would pick it up on the 13th Tuesday. :crap: Work it out. Impossible.
Plus, they said if I wanted to change the date, or any details, log a savastore feedback, which I did, and they stated that is must be logged "two days before the courier comes for collection". I immediaetly logged a feedback and it is 21st Wednesday now and have still received no reply. You can probably realise by now why it took so long to even arrange the refund.
They say that If you miss the courier when he comes to collect the faulty product, then you must return the product out of your own pocket.
Im pretty sure Im within my rights to get them to collect it again, since they didnt give me any notification (was suppose to be picked up two days before the email was actually sent :hrmph: ), and from what I know, no courier even came on the 13th sept.
Careful about companies that don't have phone support. Email is ridiculous.
