Hi, hope I have posted in the correct area, sorry if haven't. I am currently with EE for my SIM only broadband in my caravan, no texts and no minutes. I am out of contract but I understand I need to still give EE 30 days notice to leave. I have just bought a Scancom EE unlimited data SIM card in the Amazon Prime 2 day sale.
My confusion is when I phone EE to give the 30 days notice what do I tell them? will my new Sim be an EE sim or a Scancom sim? If it is still with EE I am technically not leaving them but I need them to stop taking money from my account.
When the new SIM card arrives is it a matter of putting it in the dongle and it will work or does it have to be activated somehow? If so who do I need to speak to to activates it?
Thanks in anticipation.
