Sipgate, anyone else having issues?

Having issues with Sipgate VoIP, anyone else? Calls sometimes can't be received, dialling 50000 for the mailbox either doesn't connect or connects with no audio, and for incoming or outgoing calls, the caller can hear me but I can't hear them although maybe 1 in 4 calls works okay. I'm wondering if they are subject to some sort of denial of service attack at the moment.

Typically their service status page is showing no issues!

Just having more issues with Sipgate, same as above, can't receive incoming calls, outgoing calls often fail or connect with no audio. I've tried a software VoIP client which has the exact same issues as the DECT Yealink. My device is shown as registered on the Sipgate control panel.

On adding logging for packet capture, I've got SIP registration all okay, and can see keep-alive packets coming from Sipgate, however on calling my number nothing is received my end to say there is an incoming call to ring my phone. I will then receive several emails from just a signal call attempt saying missed call.

Nothing on Sipgate service status page to say their is an issue. This has been a problem now for the last 24 hours, last time it fixed itself. Just seems Sipgate has started to become unreliable. I will try and get in touch with them.

I haven't used my account recently, but last time I did (a couple weeks ago maybe?) it was perfectly fine. Both on a FritzBox FXS port and a YeaLink phone.

I'm not having any problems calling my Sipgate number on my iPhone using Bria Mobile app.

Thanks for the confirmation. I've just switched to IPv4 and it is now working, so the issue appears to be with just their IPv6 servers.
