I'm disgusted with Sipgate: they have terminated my Basic account without notice contrary to the contract terms.
I emailed support and received a reply stating that my account was terminated and no further information is available!
That was in late September.
I emailed them again to ask them to please reactivate my account. No reply.
I have tried multiple times to contact them by phone with no response and just nauseating music - I have waited 90 minutes with no reply and occasions of 45 minutes plus.
It's a clear breach of contract I think because the contract states that notice must be given for termination and I was given no notice.
I've also lost my telephone number.
Does anybody have experience of making a complaint to Sipgate?
