i moved 3 weeks ago no major problems as yet
although was only connected at 8mb on a 16mb max package, a few calls to customer service who said BT advised them that my line couldnt handle more than 3mb
sky agreed i was very stable at 8mb and getting around 6,5 -7mb was upgraded to adsl2+ now sync at 16mb and speedtest results give 14mb constant, routers work better wired rather than wireless, but for £10 per month no more problems than any other isp look at www.skyuser.co.uk forums for more info on skybroadband issues
I have been with sky since October 2007 on connect as my exchange is not llu enabled i have had no problems with them it dose slow down in the evenings but im getting between 3 and 4 meg regularly i have not had to use support but have heard the support is not very good its based in India for £5 pm you cant complain previously i was paying £16.50 pm 3 gig limit
I've beem on max now for about a year, and I've hardly had any issues unlike my previous ISP, and for £10 for a 16Mb connection which seems to have a HUGE Allowance of Approx 250-300GB (Rumoured FUP) Per Month
