It was "possibly" this week, but the general window was just put as June. I've not seen any change but equally Sky has not set any solid date this month. On the other hand we did get a solid date for their HDR launch ahead of anybody else and that turned out to be correct, which is despite the COVID-19 disruption making replacement of older STBs difficult.
Does anyone have any updates on this? I need to order FTTP package and I'm keen to see what Sky has on offer. Ideally I would skip BT, AA are an absolute joke with their usage tiers (seriously? usage tiers in 2020 where Netflix/Amazon stream in 4K?). There is pretty much no one else providing sensible FTTP packages around 100Mb :-(
Shame is taking so long for Sky to get to the market but then Plus net is not even planning yet anything, EE same thing (but they are BT so what's the deal?) and pretty much that's it.
I gave up waiting on Sky and jumped ship to BT. Ordered the BT Full Fibre 900 product which should be installed on 23rd June (sooner than I was expecting).
After a long wait Sky Broadband has finally become the latest UK ISP to introduce an ultrafast and superfast broadband package based off Openreach's Fibre-to-th
