Sky router and adding 2/3 switches to it

Hi. I’m not very tech savvy at all really so
Need a bit of help please

I’ve a sky router in my cupboard. Next to that I’ve 4 Ethernet ports in a wall plate. These go to
Lounge
Media wall
Family area and
Master bedroom.

I want to add a switch to the family area as I want to hard wire my tv, firecube and Sky Q and a switch to master bedroom. For the tv and firecube. then send a cat5/6 cable up to the loft from the bedroom switch for my CCTV recorder and to hard wire my alarm panel with another switch.

Basically. I don’t want to plug in a switch. Am I right in believing this…
Ubiquiti UniFi Flex Mini 5-Port PoE Switch https://amzn.eu/d/1rjNfLG

Could be powered by this …
Goalake 6 Port Gigabit Ethernet Unmanaged PoE+ Switch, 4 Gigabit PoE+ @52W, 1 Gigabit Uplink, 1 Gigabit SFP Slot, 802.3af/at, VLAN Mode, AI Detection, Ideal for IP Surveillance and Access Point https://amzn.eu/d/dDELUit

Then I don’t have to use mains power to run unbiquiti switches and they will just be powerd by the goallakes ports output

Hope I’m making sense. Any criticism and help is welcomed

Correct, that Goalake switch will be able to power those Unifi Flex switches.

That said, I'd recommend maybe going for a more reputable brand of PoE switch. I have never heard of this brand before and wouldn't expect much from it.

It's a shame you can't get a lot of Ubiquiti gear at the moment as it's variously on long leads and back order.

If you were keen on having UI gear then a little 5-port USW-Flex with POE+ (802.3 af/at/bf) in the wiring cupboard would have been a great match for the USW Flex Mini at the edge...

Second choice for me would be a trusty Netgear GS108TP or GS108LP. I think the former are now in their 4th generation/iteration) but bullet-proof.
