So MS3 Networks is a seemingly open network provider that’s been laying it’s cables all over Hull and giving the people another fixed line option after being stuck with KCOM for years.
I was thinking about helping my family try out, but I’m honestly not sure whether I trust small businesses. They never seem to quite grasp service delivery. Currently I manage a few family members internet and they’re using 4G/5G service from Three. It’s not very fast but it’s very well priced for low users - compared to KCOM that’s about 40/quid/month for reasonable speeds.
MS3 have partnered with a number of tiny ISPs for their service - such as Hull Fibre, Zybre, Infinics, Octoplus…. some of them have okay-ish pricing but I’m running into the dilemma of knowing that it’s a tiny business, they probably aren’t great at service and if there is an issue when it comes to money, it will be an issue compared to larger providers who will just discount/refund to put things right.
Anyone have any experience?
