Hi, I am new and not a techie. Over the past several weeks my SMARTY unlimited has left me high & dry each morning at aroung 07:30 until ?? after we gone to bed anyway. What use is that - I can no longer use the iPlayer on my TV as buffering continually, etc with other apps. FB, etc etc. Anyone have any idea what is going on; of course, their Support say everything is OK. Help, money going down the pan here.
