Someone please tell me how to contact Ben :(

I read about this in another thread and made my own posting here (as well as replying to the other thread) to be sure that hopefully someone "in the know" sees it. Sorry if thats a double post, however at the moment I feel that only the people at ISPReview can help as I have been smacking my head off walls for over two weeks now. I run a website that is over 70 gigs in size and administrating on a 56k is impossible. Since longreach came on I booked the same day and have been a delighted DSL punter.

I dont know why however my DSL line went mad about two weeks ago last thursday. Here are my current line stats, they actually got worse after I called to ask it to be repaired the fourth time...

Noise Margin Up - 17dB Down -16.4dB
Attenuation 31.5dB 64.0dB

All my drivers are up to date and I even went out after being suggested to get one by Nildram, and purchased a new D-Link USB DSL modem in case the drivers had magically became incompatible on my conextant internal.

Since the thursday two weeks ago, I have been unable to connect to my DSL (including the BT test account) and have had to run up a quite substantial phonebill for dialup in order to send emails off. I phoned requesting an engineer, and one came 3 days later, checked the line, replaced the boxes...etc and left. No DSL. Phoned the ISP up (Nildram) who accelerated it again to BT, BT closed it immediately. I then got a garbled message from a phone engineer saying it was an exchange issue and they apologisied. Attenuation went up to 17.4dB on the downstream, still no connection. Phoned the ISP and they raised the issue with BT again, phoned BT, they said it was a wholesale issue and there was nothing they could do. Cost so far?

1/2 month of broadband access, 130 hours of dialup access, 1 new modem because I was told my old one must now be incompatible. I am really upset and I need to run my business from home and frankly this is dissapointing and irritating to say the least. Someone call SuperBen! Please.

Cris

nb. Its been 14 days+, Im not being impatient I feel :/

contact Kits the mod on this forum or other few member have it.

i feel sorry for this guy, he is supposed to be in charge and he gets emails all day for complaining people asking for help...would do my head in considering there have support etc but then thats down to bad support so you have to go to the top

Neither do I however its been over 2 weeks and I have a site of some 21,000 members to administrate on a 56k modem. Frankly I'll grasp any straws going. Anyway, I have emailed him now. Thanks for the email :)
