Anyone have any experience of connecting a Sophos UTM to any IPv6-enabled BT service? I have Full Fibre 250, and I cannot make it work correctly. I'm using the UTM to front the PPPoE connection, and IPv4 works perfectly. I can get my delegated prefix (and change it if necessary), and i have the IP configuration (as best as I can tell) working OK, to the point that I can see my IPv6 traffic leaving via the ppp0 interface. Problem is I get nothing back. If i use the Smart Hub 2, everything is fine.
I spent 12 hours yesterday messing with this. The *first* time i did it, with a fresh install of the UTM, I made a specific set of changes ( i have screenshots of all of them), and it worked. i started again, fresh install, made the same changes, it didn't work. I restored the backup of the first one (the one that worked), it didn't work. I think there is something that I don;t understand going on, and BT's support, whilst more knowledgeable than I expected, couldn't help.
Can anyone offer any advice, beyond 'don't use the UTM'? Given a straight choice between UTM and IPv6, i'll take UTM.
TIA
