Hi
Since my ISP uses the same fibre line as BT can anyone explain to me why BT say they can provide faster speeds than my ISP
Also I am getting 19/20 Mbps as verified by my ISP. My neighbour who is on exactly the same line (the box being 1.2 km away) so from the box to our houses we rely upon the good old Openreach phone lines, says he gets 35Mbps.
How can this be???
