Been using Spusu on mine and the wifes phones for the last 3 months, as secondary sims
- Data Speed - excellent
- Call Quality - No issues
- OTP - Always get them
- Ring Tone - Never noticed to be honest
We havent ported any numbers over..
So far so good,, for us..

Unless you call yourself it's unlikely you would notice this, but people who ring you might get a European ring tone and then ask why you're not in the UK.
Not had anyone complain and most people cant tell the difference between a UK dial tone and a european one..You might notice that the numbers provided by Spusu, A&A, Devyce may attract a 20p per minute charge for the caller if they use a voip system, voip app, or some foreign providers. If you port in a "normal" UK mobile number then the charge is back to 1p per minute.
There is a big difference between those 2 tones. Also there is a massive lag when loading pages. 1st byte takes time due to routing all traffic through their own ASN.Not had anyone complain and most people cant tell the difference between a UK dial tone and a european one..
And not noticed it when I ring my brother on his Spusu number
No issues here on iPhone 14 running 17.6.Is anyone having issues with the Spusu iOS app today? When I log in using the correct credentials it says that there has been an unexpected error.
All seems to work fine using a web browser.
Thanks.
Seems to have sorted itself now. Strange one.No issues here on iPhone 14 running 17.6.
Given they don’t have one (yet…?) in Austria or Italy as far as I can tell it seems unlikely at the moment. It’s a real shame as I find it irritating too!Does anyone happen to know if Spusu are ever going to have an official Apple carrier profile? It’s a nagging limitation of the network for me!
Sorry to bring up a noob question but if I order a Spusu SIM, will the originating provider on the ofcom spreadsheet be from EE or someone else? What about Talk Home? Will 1p Mobile have a proper EE owned number?
It would be originating from Spusu iirc, TalkHome and 1p will give you an EE numberSorry to bring up a noob question but if I order a Spusu SIM, will the originating provider on the ofcom spreadsheet be from EE or someone else? What about Talk Home? Will 1p Mobile have a proper EE owned number?
Sorry but another noob question. I really like EE I've done multiple tests around the area and EE has just been the best.I don't know the answer, but if you're worried, get a SIM directly from EE/O2/Vodafone/Three and then port the number to the MVNO you want to use.

Is this the best idea? https://ee.co.uk/mobile/pay-monthly-phones-gallery/best-of-both-simo
20GB for £9
It is Essentials but I take it this will be similar if not better than 1p Mobile who I heard is really unlocked?
CMLink have the same 20GB for £9 and 1P Mobile have 25GB for £10. Both will issue an EE phone number. Both have full unrestricted EE signal. You should see no difference between an EE uncapped SIM and a 1P/CM SIM.Sorry but another noob question. I really like EE I've done multiple tests around the area and EE has just been the best.
