I had that issue when I tried spusu at the beginning of the year. Since rejoining in Auguest I have not had the problem. Can someone please confirm if the International Dialling tone has been fixed?
I’ve recently had it on iD Mobile!I had that issue when I tried spusu at the beginning of the year. Since rejoining in Auguest I have not had the problem.
I tried them a couple of months ago Dave _ and I couldn't get any speed tests to complete at all, the connection reset every time there was a good burst of data.So after having had such good service from Spusu CS I started to use the sim as my main sim this morning and the problems started. I couldn’t get a stable data connection, I tried the APN as “web” “everything” “eesecure” and blank and had the same problem with all. Good connection which after a few minutes would drop, radio streaming went to the dogs and it couldn’t even complete speedtests.
I’ve reevaluated my plans and will rather port that number onto a Talk Mobile sim and keep my EE essentials sim running for now.
The only thing Spusu had to do was give me smooth reliable data…

Yeah well it might be ok for streaming music, not sure, I never tried that, but I wanted it specifically for speed tests and it just would never work, don't know why they have to restrict it in that way. That’s exactly what was happening for me as well.

Oh well, their loss Dave _.![]()
I’m currently using a Spusu e-SIM. When using YouTube music, it keeps on saying it’s not responding. Wonder if this is related to your issue?
What tariff are you on for your SIM?
Interesting - I thought you were on the Special 1 and had maxxed out the data... The behaviour seems similar. Have Spusu said anything?
Something I noticed a short while ago too @ps2mint - a VPN seems to cure it, but only worth doing if you already pay for one IMO. Failing that turning off iCloud+ Private Relay fixes it too, but then you lose all protection unless you have aforementioned alternative VPN.Is anyone suffering from slow browsing speeds on Spusu? Seems to be something to do with Private Relay
Speed tests indicate all is well. Apps work well. Just whenever I use Safari pages take an age to load up.Strange, l have no data problems at all.
I'm on the 5gb £4.50 plan.
Speed tested ok at 130mbs down
And 48mbs up.
Ping was 32.
