Actually there wasn't the option on the regular website either.Actually, they do but you have to log into 'your account' area via their website.
For whatever reason they don't allow you to do it from their phone app.
You then have a choice to go back to your old subscription package (residential) or move to their more expensive ones.
My account was active, and has been since Feb '21 but the subscription has been mothballed or red 'inactive' displayed above it since Jan '22. Perhaps that was the issue. Either way there was absolutely no way to reactivate the sub either from the website or the phone app.
