Got the following SMS in the inbox of my router which I only noticed today:
2) I pay via Direct Debit in £ GBP so why it's in USD $ I have no idea.
3) I have always had and appears like I still do have a zero spending cap. I was very careful to enable this spending cap and set it to zero when I set-up the SIM.
4) The SIM is in a router, firmly attached to a radio mast/tower and hasn't moved in months, bar me taking it down now and again in good weather to check for wind damage and make sure the cables are secured with cable ties.
What on earth is this about? Contacted Three customer service who was talking absolute rubbish and tried to tell me that Northern Ireland is not in the UK and I needed to take the SIM back to UK to use my UK allowances
1) This is a rolling 24M contract I've had for probably 4 years now, so I have no idea why I've started a "new" billing cycle.

Hi there, it's Three. You've started a new billing cycle - so your data roaming limit of $45 has been refreshed. This amount excludes VAT, where it applies. Any questions? Get in touch: three.co.uk/contact-us
