Hi like others i am stuck up a corner with Biscit and v21 how on earth can we get away from this terrible situation we have been put into?.
No replys from customer service , technical support, basically cannot get in touch to cancel my account.
My thought is cancel your direct debit direct with your bank , write to Biscit and tell them what you have done.
None of us should be charged with the £70 termination fee (day light robery)
Biscit have even stopped v21 customers logging in to there own account, going onto the forum etc etc.
Its time to say good bye to Biscit.
As others have done i have contacted Watchdog but it will possibly be pushed to one side so all you v21 dissapointed customers contact watchdog the more the merrier.
I did mention this on the v21 forum but is now deceased.
