My view on it would be if you are only looking at paying £25 a month you are really looking at 512Kbs packages unless you are willing to accept a monthly CAP. One option that may be worth looking at is the ECLIPSE Home 500 I think its called. It is basically an unlimited 512Kbs package which allows you to Flex up to 2Mbs please be aware though that you pay extra when you flex so if you were to Flex to 1Mbs you pay an extra £0.09 an hour to Flex to 2Mbs is £0.13 an hour.

I do not use Eclipse so I would suggest if you consider this ISP to get a good spread of views on it. In general though Eclipse seems to have a goo reputation.

Can we try not to advertise another ISP in the specific ISP forums unless its their own forum.

Well that pretty daft. The whole point of ISPREVIEW is to try to help people select an ISP. If we are going to reduce it to plese dont use ISP X but try ISP Y the whole thing becomes a farce.

Are you show you have not been at the Whisky ?

Kits,

It's only really ISP Rep's that can't go around advertising their ISP in another's forum, doesn't really matter with members.

I hope you don't mind me saying but that sure does undermine Kits - A PM would have been better :(

Read that on adslguide by any chance :) Must admit, this Supanet offer looks good, it'll be interesting to see what people say in the coming weeks about this...

Nick
.... and the answer is :

" Don't sign up for Supanet just yet - wait until at least the end of Jan to see what happens regarding their now official use of a Bad Boy Pipe, where it seems that if you spend too much time online or download more than a meg a week ( & remember this is advertised as NO download or bandwidth restrictions service ! ) you get put onto a 100 / 101 ip address range for maybe 3 days so that your speeds are then less than dialup. Couple this with the french casino pop-up ads, the french google results, software (Nero)registration sites that automatically assume you live in France ....enough said yet ??? "
