I hope someone from Zen still watches this board...
I've been with Zen for more than a year now and I am very happy with the service I'm getting so far, given the limitations of the technology available in my area (xDSL).
At the moment I'm on the Fibre 1 service which offers up to 40M down and 10M up.
I'd like to ask, specifically to Zen itself, does the company have any plans (at-present or it has debated it) to offer symmetric-speed services when FTTP becomes more readily-available in the next few years? In an ideal world, say 100M down and 100M up?
