Talktalk have a fantastic price and I don't think it is 'too good to be true' as the reasoning is that the exchanges are exchanged with Talktalk equipment as opposed to BT equipment and they can therefore charge cheaper- not having to pay BT rental charges.
The problem is their reputation and that in the process you have no phoneline(so if you have problems you got to find alternative means of contacting them) and people who have had bad connectively problems. Now is the reason people have had these connectively problems because their exchanges were still in the process of being unbundled? I know for a fact my local exchange is unbundled already, so will this guarantee that I should have no problems?
