Looks like a device from the P30 lineup. Maybe even a P Smart but I don't think they do Dual SIM versions of them.

Honor 9x he said to me last week in a message, I said then it was a bad phone for some networks in the UK as it has poor CA compatibility with Band 1 for 3/O2/VF
Ah ok, it has become rather simple these days to recognize a phone purely based on the UI and features on the notification bar.

Not quite sure why you've posted this but can say it's a first seeing Band 20 and Band 7 aggregated before, going to assume your device stuggles with Band 1 support.
I posted this to show what an average user on Vodafone is getting in my area with an average smartphone.

There are issues in my area Vodafone tell me which they are working on fixing the issues.

This doesn't show anything of the sort, just shows a connection to the network, and I think the average user would be using a device provided by the network which would likely be an iPhone or Samsung device, not a third party device with a lack of feature support for the network.

That's interesting because I've looked at your area the past week a few times and there was some maintenance within a mile of your postcode but not a serving mast, no issues on the network in the area currently.

1. That's fixed,
2. Isn't the mast you connect too
3. Text don't mean it isn't working, could mean small things are known of that could affect it

why do I get 2 to 4 bars signal
You live in the middle of coverage from 3 masts, in between all these masts is densely built up areas so the lack of signal is to be expected. its not unexpected to only get low-mid - medium signal qualities.

poor data speeds
What speeds are you seeing and how are you testing them?

Due to the configuration support on your device I don't estimate much more than 70mbps download and 20mbps upload on your Honor 9X.

Reason for this is the lack of support for band 1 (which is one of Vodafone main bands for 4G) also your device has bandwidth limitations because it don't support the latest in 4G specifications.

To be honest its lucky that Vodafone's network adjusts so well to support many devices as with networks like 3 you would struggle with carrier aggregation due to Band 1 support issues.

What speeds are you seeing?

Im getting around 10mbps to 20mbps
Is this at home, I would assume that Band 7 doesn't do too well for signal, so likely falling to Band 20 for bandwidth which based on limitations of bandwidth on Band 20 would give you probably 30mbps max taking out the other users in the area so maybe lucky that you get 20mbps .
Whitepost lane im getting just over 101mbps
Whitepost Lane is right under"a different mast" so you would receive good speeds from Bands 7 & 20. with Band 7 doing most of the work.

These aren't issues, just the limitations of both networks in your area and device.
