Thinking about joining...

Hi,

At the moment, we are with freedom2surf. I really do not want to be with them anymore, for the last few months it has been one thing after another.. We have three different accounts with them, two home and one business. We are looking for a new business account and were intrested in Aquiss, if this goes weel, then we will be moving all accounts over to them.. Has anyone had any dealings with them? Hows the customer service? How long does it take them to ring back (i've left a message already, but no call back yet..)? Speeds? Is anyone on the Office Max 45 product?

Joined now.. Phoned up left a message, they got back to me quickly, spoke to a real person, in this country, all seemed fine, really helpfull.. I will let everybody know how I get on..

I very much like the look of Aquiss, and I think I would be joining if I wasn't contractually tied to another ISP for the best part of the next year. I thoroughly regret renewing my contract with them, and only wish I had spotted Aquiss earlier, as they seem to be one of the few that provide the all of services I need. Assuming they are still around, and are receiving good feedback, I hope to be joining next August. Sorry I can't be with you sooner, guys, but at least it gives me time to see how things are going over the next 10 months.

I don't think youl'll regret moving. I have been with them for a while now and find them very good.
