I'm in need of a new ISP and see lots of praise here for IDNet.

I like the look of their website and they have one thing REALLY going for them in my book - they are based in one of the most beautiful buildings in the world!

But how are they on (Apple) Mac support? Macs are brilliant but I have been let down by my current internet service (non)provider and I want to know that if I need advice I will get a response from someone who knows what a Mac looks like (and preferably knows some of the little quirks - like it doesn't have a delete button!)

Hi,
I have a Mac myself. Called Idnet yesterday and asked if they had anyone that knew about Macs. They do have someone who knows his Macs from his PCs The person I needed to speak to was busy but called me back about 10 min later and sorted my problem out. Dont think you will go wrong with Idnet.

As I've said elsewhere it ain't the Mac that goes wrong it's everything else!

The 'manual' is very small - comes down to 'plug it in', 'switch it on', 'do stuff'!
