Are there any users of Virgin Media being 'throttled' outside of the stipulated hours, or find that their connection is being throttled even though they are certain they have not gone over any threshold.
Normally happens after/before give or take a few hours receiving the email titled "Important information about your broadband service" claiming your usage is more than usual between peak hours (4pm to 12 midnight weekdays, and 10am to 12 midnight during weekends). Even though you have been very careful not to download anything of any considerable size between those periods?
