Three 5g Broadband Issue

Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me with a problem I'm having with 5g mobile broadband from Three mobile.

Basically the service is fine for the most part, I'm getting consistently decent speeds and the connection is of a good quality but every 20 - 30 minutes my connection will drop for about 5 - 10 seconds.
It's a minor inconvenience in general but considerably more of a hindrance when I'm playing online games, I'd also like to start streaming and these little drops in connection cause quite a big problem as the stream will drop and it takes a while to reconnect and if I'm playing a game I'll lag out and more often than not end up in a bad situation.

Would anyone have any idea how to stabilize the connection and solve this?

I'm using 5g mobile broadband from Three with the supplied 'Huawei CPE Pro 2' router, it's in a good position and I'm using an ethernet cable between the router and my computer so it's a wired connection. (something weird though is that even with the ethernet cable connected and functioning it's still listed as "no ethernet cable connected" in the router settings).
Also included a screenshot of speed tests for reference.

While testing with ethernet is generally the most recommended, I'm curious to see if you've experienced the same issue over WiFi?

The reason I ask is if your computer is currently connected to the routers WAN/LAN port and the router config is set to Auto for the LAN type it might be periodically trying to detect if the connection type and you might be getting a drop because of that - this shouldn't/wouldn't present itself if connected over WiFi.

You probably should change the router LAN setting to LAN Only regardless, since that sounds like what you need. You may find that fixes your issue (though failing that, I'm out of ideas!)

I was thinking it might be something like that. Thanks so much for your help! I'll try it and see what happens.
