Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me with a problem I'm having with 5g mobile broadband from Three mobile.
Basically the service is fine for the most part, I'm getting consistently decent speeds and the connection is of a good quality but every 20 - 30 minutes my connection will drop for about 5 - 10 seconds.
It's a minor inconvenience in general but considerably more of a hindrance when I'm playing online games, I'd also like to start streaming and these little drops in connection cause quite a big problem as the stream will drop and it takes a while to reconnect and if I'm playing a game I'll lag out and more often than not end up in a bad situation.
Would anyone have any idea how to stabilize the connection and solve this?
I'm using 5g mobile broadband from Three with the supplied 'Huawei CPE Pro 2' router, it's in a good position and I'm using an ethernet cable between the router and my computer so it's a wired connection. (something weird though is that even with the ethernet cable connected and functioning it's still listed as "no ethernet cable connected" in the router settings).
Also included a screenshot of speed tests for reference.
