Hi guys
I don't know if you guys can help I have Three 5G broadband I'm getting 5G singal to the router what I wanted to know I'm using a sim card that came with the 4G router. my parents use to have Relish now Three network use to be Three Broadband they migrated to Three network they sent a new sim for the 5G router but I took the router to my flat where I live and gave them my 4G+ mifi portable router i inserted the new sim in the 4G+ mifi and kept my sim and popped that in the cpe pro 5G router.
I spoke to customer service they told me my sim is not a 5G enabled sim so I'm not getting the full 5G speeds they are sending a sim out to me.
On Three network website it says All our SIMs are 5G Ready as standard, so you won't need a new one. An automatic software update will do the rest. Just get to one of our 5G areas and enjoy 5G at no extra cost if this info is on there website why is customer service telling me I need a new sim that is 5G enabled it shouldn't have to be like that.
