THREE 5G router ZTE MC801A dropping

No, that's over LAN. I'm connecting thecam's hub by LAN to the Three 5g router
So you see cabled LAN drops with a direct Ethernet connected device to the Three 5G router. You have a cam hub also directly cabled which experiences connection drops. Do all your cams connect to this hub or do some connect via the Netgear extender?

Are there devices which are certainly connecting by WiFi to the Netgear extender and which are experiencing connection drops?

Are the 5G signal parameters such that the connection should be stable? Has it been tried to force a 4G connection to see if the parameters or stability improve.

It's certainly possible you can fix the issue by swapping out a known-good device by circumventing a root cause, but it's quite rare and the default expectation is swapping out a known-good device for an equivalently good device should not impact the symptoms.

To be doubly certain the extender and wifi hop is not the issue, you can consider powerline adapters with a wifi AP as a future step.

The above sanity check questions should help people to consider whether your first guess and gut feeling of the Three router being the issue could be plausible (certainly, you should not see LAN drops in the absence of WAN drops).

Another sanity check play is to disable 5.0 GHz radios and force all wifi connections to 2.4 GHz as it should have better range and stability due to coping better with obstacles.
