Three Business phone support is now hosted in Ireland. They are absolutely on it with requests too. Yesterday, my mast went offline from 10am till 1pm for "upgrades" but when it came back on, 5G barely touched 100mbps and the pings were shocking, returning 260+ms pings on all devices across all technologies (suggests an issue with backhaul). I called three support today after 24hr just to see if the mast was still settling down. The problem still persisted so I rang them. No wait times, told them my issue and they understood fine. The guy processed a network refresh. Told me to call back if I faced further issues. My issues persisted so I called back an hour later. Now there's an engineer coming to look at the mast within 48hr. Both 8min phone calls. Three have really improved their support, at least for business, and I'm super impressed.
