This is a bit of a rant, but looking to see others experiences too.
So I have a couple of data lines with Three Business which are supposed to be running operatives iPad's/Tablets for business and reporting purposes, however due to poor network performance around major cities this ended up just plagued with problems, I did complain 4 times before I actually got response from Three to look at the issues which obviously never got anywhere either.
So I repurposed the sims for fixed 5G connections much further up the country, to be met with 5G mast faults (so I'm giving it some time to resolve before going gung-ho on Three)
But in addition to performance woes I find its constantly a battle to make sense of there customer services and platform, for instance, I've moved address and offices more than once this year and Three Business CS are telling me I cannot update my addresses on the account again yet after changing earlier this year?
Is it just me or does that sound daft.
