Hi all,
Just after some advice.
I took out a 3 SIM only deal at the beginning of September.
I wanted to change the Direct Debit payment date - I thought this would be a simple thing to do.
Spoke to Live Chat - they said it had been actioned and have the transcript to prove this.
Payment date remained the same.
Phone up 3 - spoke to someone who claimed they had changed the payment date.
Guess what, after trying on two occasions this payment date still hasn’t been moved.
I’ve opened a formal complaint with 3 as I feel it is unacceptable to be lied to on two occasions.
I ideally wish to leave as I don’t think this is acceptable customer service. Is this likely considering I signed up to a 12 month contract?
