Well not very nice weather for my trek today, but still enjoyed it, no stopping Three and EE it seems, yet again the winners of the new found cells competition.

Maybe next time O2 and Vodafone. 🤷‍♂️ 😊

Stirling Bus Station Three 4G 🤷‍♂️

Today's most found new cells competition was won by EE / Three yet again, not sure what's happening with the other two lately. 🤷‍♂️

Apart from my Greggs visit, I think the highlight of the day was a Seagull smashing into the windscreen of the bus on the Kincardine bridge.

It was like an explosion, plenty of nappies needed changing after that let me tell you, what a bang, the windscreen survived with a few new cracks, sadly the seagull is no more.:(

The driver even had to stop to make sure it was safe to carry on without the windscreen breaking any further.

I'll probably have seagull nightmares tonight now.😊

The lack of 5G in many parts of the city centre is quite shocking. Three is by far the worst network around here.

Oh I dont know, It seems to be rather good outside their St James Quarter Shopping Centre Store and Great Junction Street wasn't too bad either. 😊

Decided to do a speed comparison for Three EE and Vodafone at busy location, it will be at Strathclyde Country Park tonight fireworks to make it more interesting it will be in two parts speed now as a baseline and tonight if able to do a test later looking at Three last year it was just emergency service only on Three 😂.

Great Junction street is quite a way out of the centre though. There just seems to be a big gap of 5g between new town and old town.

Did you get a chance to Speedtest on Princes street, George street or on the royal mile? Or Stockbridge?

I am constantly having to hotspot my friend on 3 when we are out in town as there is often signal, but no data throughout. And just 4G.

Also, I bet that 5g drops off very quickly elsewhere in the st James centre as you move away from their store.
