Tiscali are great on promises, but while they were promising and not delivering I got my money refunded by my credit card company after filling in a 'fraudulent transaction' claim form. Tiscali can carry on promising as long as they like - let the credit card company have the hassle, perhaps they'll susoend Tiscali's mail order credit card facilities - I can but hope...

<strong>I left Tiscali earlier this year. I sent them an email to cancel my account and they asked me to send them my cancellation in writing - I never did.
I'm pretty sure that they never had authorisation or lost my bank details or something because they never took any money out of my bank. Looking at all the troubles they have had with no billing people though I think I better go into my bank and make sure that there is no direct debit under Tiscali's name!
I never paid them my final bill because I explained to them that my service was so awful it was not worth paying a penny for.
Is there no way you can claim your money back from them?
