hi i need serious advice on how i can cancel my tiscali braodband 256kbps connection even though i am binded to a one year contract. Buti am not being provided the service they should provide of 256 speed rate. i had this connection from october and then problems with line speed began to occur from 17th november 2003, its now 4th january 2004 and the speed is still slow, i get less then 50% of the speed i should be getting after 3pm and the reasons they give are that they are upgrading servers for more than a month. i have phoned more than 15 times and have sent emails and they dont provide me with any positive feedback but refer me to other departments. I am sick and tired of this ongoing unsolved problem and need advice on what i can do to resolve this.
