Tiscali Not Allowing Me Access To Support Forums

I'm truly shocked. After spending over a week trying to get answers via phone, email and their forum, Tiscali have now blocked me from using their support forums!

Granted, I did post in other parts of the forum informing people how to take action against their lack of service, which resulted in me being blocked.

Has this happened to anyone else?

As a tiscali customer you are entitled to post a customer review highlighting your experiences with the company over the monthd you have/are with them.
here.

Thanks kits, I've published my review, I wish I found this site before I joined Tiscali.. would have saved me a lot of time and hassle.

In fact, I'm moving to a new ISP based soley on the reviews on this site, so I think it will still save me uber hassle in future.

Oh yeah.. the Tiscali reps don't seem to post here anymore, wonder why

I really don't mean to go on about this, but I've just discovered they have completely banned me and removed every post I've made, including request for support. I'm even more shocked.

It is wise to read some of the comments in the forum sections too, they tend to be more up to date and provide a better insight. I would also suggest taking a quick look for posts about your chosen replacement in adslguide's forum too.

It would appear If you Complain too Loudly They dont like it! - Get as far away from Tiscali as Humanly possible .....

Sooner ofcom sorts em out with a Big FINE the better ...

I'm only two days away from being an ex-T*****i customer and I cannot WAIT. The fact that they've decided I'm a heavy user and cut off my peer-to-peer traffic between 17:00 and 00:00 WITHOUT TELLING ME was the final straw. I spent countless hours trying to configure port-forwarding and generally messing about with my router and P2P software before I came across this forum.

Oh yes, I waited the five days for my MAC to be told that they were five 'working days'. This is despite the word 'working' not being used on their site or by the person I spoke to originally. This is also despite the hokum about 'usually takes a few hours' to generate a MAC. Anyway, I ring up two days later to be told my MAC was ready two days ago and they'd not bothered emailing it to me! WTF?!?!?!?!?!

Anyway, the sooner I'm away from those muppets the better.

Rant over. Carry on. :D
