Okay all need your advise on this one...
I signed up to Tiscali from Virgin (ADSL)...gave them a MAC code and everything...6 weeks on and I am getting unreliable internet..I have a business package and with static ip address etc.. The ip addresses they ahve provided me are either currupt on thier system or blacklisted according to dnsstuff.com....I have written to tiscali (recorded delivery) but got no reply, called thier complaints department who are as much good as sunbed in the sahara desert..the technical support team are based overseas who fail to understand anything! advise please? I have spoken to CISAS who have told me I either need a letter of deadlock (which I asked for in my letter to tiscali and had no reply) or the case needs to be open for 3 months...its only a 90 day contract! Help what do I do...
