Titan peak time

Can someone please clarify what the peak time are for titan since moving to Vispa.
Previously it was 8am-10pm weekdays and all weekend. That now seems to have changed to exclude weekends but I have seen posts saying weekends are supposed to be off peak with vispa. Can some clear this up?

The peak times have been replicated from our old wholesale supplier entanet.
Entanet changed Peak and off peak times for Home packages back in Jan 2009 to the below which we have replicated.

Peak Mon- Fri 8am till Midnight
Off peak Mon - Fri Midnight till 8am and all day Sat/ Sun.
