I am so fed up with Toucan that I made a video about ISP's @

My speed dropped from 2MBps to 100KBps .
After eliminating all of possible things at my end, I emailed them, and did further checks.
They then expected me to call a 30p premium rate number for further help.
I refused they gave me an alternative number - which turned out to be charged at 30p min as well, this technical call was answered by a gentleman with such a bad indian accent I could not understand him, and he was scripted and made me do ALL the same tests I had done by email. This call was prolonged to 30mins at premium rate and should of taken 5 minutes.
When my bill came I canceled my direct debit, and refused to pay it because of the £8 technical support call on it (I had phone from toucan as well)
Sending a letter on the same day. They failed to do anything about this,
and threatened and harrassed me, even though there was an outstanding query on the bill over the premium rate call. After a second letter they credited the call and I immediately set my direct debit up again.
There debt recovery continued to harrass and threaten me, and tried to cutoff my service even though we had the direct debit agreement in place.
It was 2 and a half months my speeds were still low. SO I cancelled my direct debit again, before they tool the big, and moved ISP/phone services.
They are still chasing me for the remainder of the bill which I am refusing to pay on the grounds I dont like being threatened, and I'm not paying for such a bad service.
Also after going to my new ISP my speed has shot up to 6-7 MBps which is
far faster than I ever got with toucan.
I have sent 7 letters so far, concerning this and am now going to the ombudsman.
