So a few months ago Trooli started their network build in our village but they seem not to be able to provide it to my part of the street I asked them why I got this
or is it owned by UK power networks?
Thanks, Jamie
are there reasons they can't use the pole that BT uses like they are doing with all the other houses in my area? So, with any joint user poles we need to apply for a licence from the UK power network in order for us to mount our equipment on them and to allow our engineer to climb them.
When we attempt to attain these licenses unfortunately it can take quite some time to get them. I understand this can be frustrating, we to find it frustrating as we would like to serve as many people as possible but in many cases such as this, we are unable to do so.
